For sponsors & CROs

Let’s discuss your next study.

A physician-led perspective, attention to the protocol, and consideration for the people taking part. Begin with a conversation about what your study requires.

A man and a physician speaking together in a consultation room.

Establishing the fit

The protocol sets the questions.

A meaningful feasibility discussion starts with the intended participant population, planned procedures, visit schedule, and expectations of the site.

From there, both sides can identify what needs to be assessed, which information is still required, and whether to move into a more detailed review.

Our working approach

What guides the work.

Protocol attention

Understand the requirements and maintain attention to them throughout study conduct.

Accurate documentation

Record observations and actions carefully so the work can be examined and understood.

Clear escalation

Bring questions, concerns, and emerging issues to the appropriate people.

Participant consideration

Recognize the practical demands of taking part and keep communication understandable.

An initial discussion

Three things to establish.

The study overview
Introduce your organization, the research question, and the proposed participant population. An initial overview can remain high level.
The site requirements
Discuss procedures, visit expectations, timelines, and operational needs. Identify the information needed for a fuller feasibility review.
The next step
Agree on what should be reviewed next and how to exchange any confidential study material appropriately.

Before getting in touch

A focused first conversation.

What should I include in an introduction?
Your name, organization, contact details, and a short overview of the proposed study or partnership. Keep participant information and confidential protocol documents out of the website inquiry.
Can we discuss an early-stage proposal?
Yes. An initial conversation can clarify the proposal and the information needed to assess its requirements. It does not confirm that the site can support every aspect of the study.
Where is Solvidence based?
Our office is in Columbia, Maryland. The Contact page provides the full address and telephone number.

Partnership inquiries
