Solvidence Clinical Research

Privacy

This notice explains how information is handled on the Solvidence Clinical Research website. It applies to website inquiries, not to participation in a clinical study.

Information you choose to provide

When website inquiries are available, a participant inquiry requests your name, preferred contact method, the corresponding contact details, and permission to follow up. It may also identify a published study you are asking about. Sponsor and general inquiries request the contact and message details shown on the form.

Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, identification documents, or sensitive health information through this website. We do not offer file uploads or conduct medical screening through these forms.

How inquiry information is used

We use inquiry information to respond to your request and manage the related conversation. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a study or establish eligibility. If a study proceeds to screening or participation, its information and consent processes are separate.

Access and service providers

Inquiry records are held in a private staff inbox with access restricted to authorized staff. Staff notification emails link to that inbox and do not reproduce the contents of an inquiry. Providers supporting website hosting and email delivery process information as needed to operate those services.

How long inquiries are kept

Website inquiry records are scheduled for deletion 90 days after staff mark the inquiry closed. Active inquiries remain in the inbox while the conversation is being managed. Routine hosting backups may retain earlier copies until those backups expire.

Demo studies and inquiries

Clearly marked demo studies are fictional. Their inquiry walkthrough uses fixed example contact details and does not accept personal or health information. Sending an example saves a labeled demo record in the private staff inbox; it sends no email and does not request a callback or enroll anyone. Demo records are scheduled for deletion after seven days, regardless of their status.

Technical information and cookies

Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and access times. The website uses essential functionality for administration, security, and form operation. We do not use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics on this website.
